You'll develop and direct detailed project plans, integrating technical activities to achieve strategic goals. You'll present and clearly explain complex proposals, reports, and findings to client stakeholders. You'll recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering their professional development and competence. You'll analyze technology trends, resource availability, and market demand to assess project feasibility. You'll lead cross-functional discussions with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications and procedures. You'll review, negotiate, and recommend contracts and cost estimates for approval. You'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility to execution and integration. You'll translate technical concepts and project updates for diverse audiences, including clients and internal staff. You'll manage resource allocation and team performance to align with project objectives and market opportunities. You'll ensure project alignment with business objectives through continuous assessment of technical needs and market conditions. Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. PMI or PMP certification preferred
