You'll lead the development and execution of change management strategies across construction and life sciences projects, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable outcomes. You'll assess the people, process, and business impacts of change, partnering with cross-functional teams to support smooth transitions and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate with project leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to identify risks, barriers to change, and mitigation strategies that drive project success. You'll develop and deliver change management artifacts, including communications, training programs, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness assessments. You'll integrate change management activities into overall project plans, construction schedules, and key regulatory or operational milestones. You'll build strong relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and impacted teams to drive alignment and engagement. You'll facilitate change management training and coaching for project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to strengthen organizational change capabilities. You'll establish and promote consistent change management methodologies, tools, and governance processes across programs and projects. You'll define, track, and report on change adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and business outcomes to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives. You'll serve as a trusted advisor on change management best practices, influencing stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and supporting successful project delivery across construction, engineering, and life sciences environments Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline 8+ years of relevant experience in change management in construction supporting life sciences, pharma, clean room, labs, etc.
Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Experience in construction project environments within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors is highly desirable
