You’ll develop and execute global procurement and category strategies for electrical, mechanical, modular infrastructure, and long-lead equipment. You’ll lead strategic sourcing, RFPs, competitive bidding, supplier selection, and contract negotiations. You’ll manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure capacity, quality, cost competitiveness, and on-time delivery. You’ll negotiate and manage commercial agreements, pricing structures, supplier terms, and long-term contracts. You’ll evaluate supplier capabilities, manufacturing capacity, proposals, quality performance, and delivery reliability. You’ll partner with Engineering, Construction, Planning, Quality, and Operations teams to support program execution. You’ll develop capacity-planning strategies and secure supply for critical and long-lead equipment. You’ll identify and mitigate supply-chain risks, supplier constraints, and delivery or quality issues. You’ll monitor supplier and contract performance while leading escalations and corrective actions when needed. You’ll drive cost optimization, continuous improvement, and strategic procurement recommendations for key stakeholders. Flexible : The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure. 5–8+ years of experience leading strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier selection activities. 5–10 years of experience in commercial negotiations, contracting, pricing agreements, and supplier terms. Strong experience managing strategic suppliers, capacity planning, supplier performance, and supply-chain risk. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience procuring or managing suppliers of long-lead equipment. Experience with master agreements, long-term agreements, and supplier allocation models. Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, modular construction, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience managing global supplier networks and complex technical sourcing programs.
