You'll develop and implement project and portfolio-level risk management frameworks, strategies, and governance processes to support successful project delivery. You'll facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation workshops throughout all project phases to proactively manage project uncertainties. You'll perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations, to evaluate potential impacts on cost, schedule, and performance. You'll support project teams in developing, maintaining, and executing Risk Management Plans, Risk Response Plans, and mitigation strategies. You'll maintain risk registers within enterprise systems such as Oracle Primavera Cloud (12C), ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and timely updates. You'll evaluate, monitor, and report on key risks, mitigation actions, and residual impacts affecting project cost, schedule, quality, and overall performance. You'll lead or support project assurance activities, including Independent Project Reviews (IPRs), Health Checks, Gate Reviews, and capital funding submissions. You'll partner with Project Managers, Engineering Leads, Project Controls teams, contractors, and stakeholders to embed risk management into project execution plans and decision-making processes. You'll provide training, mentoring, and guidance that strengthens risk awareness, compliance, accountability, and proactive risk ownership across project teams. You'll prepare executive-level risk dashboards, identify portfolio-wide trends and systemic risks, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, best practices, and enhanced forecasting methodologies Onsite at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering , Project Management, Risk Management, or related discipline 8+ years of experience in project controls, risk management, or capital project delivery, preferably within the pharmaceutical or industrial sectors.

Proficiency in Monte Carlo analysis tools (e.g., Acumen, @Risk, Safran, PRA), 12C, and project management software Strong understanding of project lifecycle risk processes, cost and schedule integration, and PMF (Project Management Framework) Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.Capability to interpret data, forecast risk impacts, and develop actionable insights Collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and able to lead under uncertainty while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
