Full job description
You’ve Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.
You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold - project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

You'll open doors from day one, bringing existing relationships with data centre owners, operators, developers and the partner ecosystem around them, and converting those relationships into a qualified pipeline across [region/market] within your first two quarters. You'll originate and close work yourself — identifying where clients need help on their capital programmes, leading the pursuit end to end, and signing multi-year advisory and programme management engagements rather than waiting for opportunities to be passed to you. You'll shape the solution and the commercial model, designing the approach, team structure and pricing that answers the client's problem and stands up commercially for both sides. You'll build the team behind the win, attracting senior practitioners into [region/market] and standing up the delivery capability — locally and with global support — that scales as the pipeline converts. You'll own delivery of what you sell, staying personally accountable for client outcomes, quality and commercial performance until the market reaches the scale to sustain dedicated delivery leadership. You'll grow a market, not just an account: within 12 months you'll have a named client portfolio, a repeatable proposition and a team in place, establishing [region/market] as a scaled part of our global data centre business. Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
Minimum 10 years of experience on large-scale capital projects in the data centre or mission-critical sector, across advisory, cost and commercial management, project or programme management. Minimum 5 years of experience originating and selling professional services or consulting work, with a demonstrable record of personally won revenue. Minimum 5 years of experience accountable for delivery of capital programme engagements, including client outcomes and commercial performance. Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with data centre owners, operators or developers in [region/market]. Minimum 3 years of experience building and leading teams, including hiring senior practitioners.
Experience working with or inside one or more hyperscale, colocation or major developer organisations. Professional accreditation such as RICS, PMP, AACE/CCP, or chartered engineer status. Experience on both owner side and consultant or contractor side of capital programmes. Experience selling and delivering across multiple countries within [region/market]. Experience in adjacent capital-intensive sectors such as semiconductor fabrication, power and grid, or advanced manufacturing. Experience building a practice or business from early stage through to scale
