As an Injection Moulding Setter, where you'll be responsible for setting up and processing orders efficiently. You’ll maintain quality and safety standards while continually improving work processes.
Install and secure moulds in injection moulding presses.
Set up machine parameters and process parts to specifications.
Inspect sample parts for accuracy and troubleshoot process issues.
Record specifications and maintain setting sheets.
Ensure a clean and organized work area focused on safety and efficiency.
Adhere to company policies and perform additional tasks as needed.
Essential: Previous setting experience in plastics manufacturing (e.g. processing, set ups)
Advantageous: Licensed to operate material handling equipment, including overhead crane and FLT
Proficient in using hand and power tools safely.
Skilled with measuring instruments and basic arithmetic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Punctuality, good attendance, and strong attention to detail required.

37.5 hours per week, permanent contract with regular breaks - rotating early and late shift pattern - 6am-2pm then 2pm-10pm
25 days holiday entitlement plus Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service.
