This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Intake and Case Management Specialist II based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity for a highly organized professional supporting prospective clients and case operations. You’ll conduct intake interviews, gather critical information, and help ensure cases move forward efficiently. The role combines client communication, documentation management, medical records coordination, and case support. You’ll work independently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness. During quieter periods, you’ll contribute to additional case management activities and documentation review. Your work will directly support smooth operations and a positive client experience. Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients and collect complete, accurate, and relevant case information. Support the progression of cases by maintaining organized and up-to-date records and documentation. Receive, review, organize, and maintain client documents according to established processes and quality standards. Request medical records and proactively track outstanding requests, following up as needed to ensure timely receipt. Assist with case management activities during non-peak periods to help maintain operational efficiency. Provide professional and empathetic customer service throughout client interactions. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail when handling sensitive case information. Work independently and reliably while ensuring assigned tasks are completed within expected timelines. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, intake, case management, administrative support, sales, or a related field. Strong English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional and confident phone etiquette. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance. Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with prospective clients and internal stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying outstanding tasks, following up, and keeping cases moving forward. Sales experience is preferred. Comfort working in a remote environment and maintaining productivity with minimal supervision. Benefits Compensation of USD $1,142–$1,220 per month . 100% remote, home-based position.
