The Integration Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end integrations for the Digital Procurement Platform, primarily involving Ivalua and Oracle Financials.
The role ensures seamless data flow between internal systems, external entities, and third-party platforms, while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and compliance.
The architect will oversee integration operations, troubleshoot issues, enhance existing integrations, and design new integration solutions in alignment with governance and architectural standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain end-to-end integration architecture
- Design integrations between: ( Ivalua and Oracle Financials / Government / external entity systems )
- Third-party platforms (e.g., supplier integrations)
- Monitor and maintain all integration touchpoints
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
- Continuously enhance integration performance and reliability
- Design and implement new integrations (APIs / external systems)
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards
- Manage incidents, SLAs, and reporting dashboards
- Participate in governance meetings and provide status reports
Requirements
Experience:
- 8–12+ years in enterprise integrations
- Minimum 5+ years experience with Ivalua
- Strong experience in ERP integrations (preferably Oracle Financials)
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of REST & SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with JSON, XML, XSLT
- Experience with middleware tools
- Knowledge of SFTP and batch integrations
- Understanding of authentication & security protocol
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Other Requirements:
- Ability to manage integration operations and support
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working under governance and compliance frameworks
- Ability to handle incidents within SLAs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
