Full job description
As an Interior Architect, you design functional and inspiring office environments that meet clients' needs and support new ways of working. You combine creativity, technical expertise, and project coordination skills to deliver high-quality workplace solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Design & Concept Development
- Develop workplace concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions.
- Create interior design proposals, material selections, and mood boards.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Adapt designs according to client requirements and project constraints.
Technical Design & Coordination
- Produce and coordinate technical drawings and design documentation.
- Read and interpret architectural and technical plans.
- Work with design and visualisation software.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Project Follow-up
- Participate in site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure design quality and feasibility throughout the project.
- Support the smooth handover of projects to execution teams.
- Stay up to date with workplace trends, materials, and innovative office solutions.
Qualifications and requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in interior architecture, workplace design, or commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong commercial skills and a natural customer-focused approach.
- A genuine affinity for interior design, materials and finishes.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar software.
- Ability to independently read, create and modify plans.
- Creative, aesthetically minded and solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and French. English is a plus.
