This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Intermediate Analytics Developer based in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, software development, and artificial intelligence within an AI-focused SaaS environment. You will build data products and user-facing reports that help customers understand workforce performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and UX teams, you will turn complex data into actionable insights and better product decisions. You will develop scalable analytics models and pipelines while ensuring reporting remains fast, reliable, and cost-effective. The position also provides opportunities to work with AI agents to automate workflows and surface intelligent insights. This is a fully remote, English-speaking role suited to an analytical and product-minded professional who enjoys solving complex data problems.
