Mobius is seeking a Ground Test Engineer. Mobius has an exciting position for a highly motivated mid-level test engineer supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Working on the TEAMS-Next Test Support contract, the successful candidate will serve as an Advisory and Assistance Services contractor providing programmatic, technical, analytical and execution support to MDA’s Ground Test Directorate (MDA/DTG) in all aspects of Missile Defense System (MDS) ground test planning and execution. DTG has overall responsibility for pre-mission activities, integration, mission management and execution of all MDA ground and cyber tests. Duties of a Ground Test Engineer may include:  Supports ground test planning and execution for a variety of Missile Defense System (MDS) Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) ground tests Directly supports the government Mission Directors and Mission Test Directors (MDs/MTDs) in pre-/post-mission planning activities of assigned ground tests Supports multiple efforts simultaneously, working independently or with a team, to build and maintain each ground test Scenario Matrix (SM), which is the primary test execution document utilized by all test stakeholders to track blue and red force participants, software versions, threat types, etc. Coordinates and collaborates with multiple internal MDA cross-functional elements and external stakeholders for Scenario Matrix inputs, identifies issues and recommends solutions to throughout the test life cycle Monitors GT Change Requests for impacts and updates to the SM Provides weekly Integrated Test Team (ITT) Planning Meeting SM input to ensure the community is aware of documentation status and delivery Qualifications 7 years of relevant professional experience Capable of providing test engineer support on systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices and/or processes for developmental and operational weapon system programs during developmental and operational test events, particularly in HWIL environments  Capable of working collaboratively as a part of a team and assist with solving complex test planning, integration, execution, and analysis problems Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively via all means of communication  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Education  Bachelors of Science in engineering field Clearance  Active Secret or higher   Mobius Benefits: Mobius offers a stable work environment, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental and vision plans, 401k Plan, Flexible Work Schedules, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Leave and much more.
