Mission:

Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers after go-live, ensuring the successful adoption, continuous evolution, and long-term health of the BEES platform. Act as the bridge between customer business needs and BEES Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver measurable business value and an exceptional customer experience.

We are currently implementing BEES solutions across partner companies and are looking for an Intermediate Technical Account Manager to lead technical initiatives, strengthen partner relationships, and oversee the implementation of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the right products and services are delivered to partners on time and according to agreed requirements.

• Provide technical support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and partners, engaging internal teams whenever needed.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to BEES products and address partner concerns to maintain strong relationships and trust.

• Monitor product performance and ensure partners are using the most up-to-date versions, tools, and solutions available.

• Develop and maintain technology implementation timelines, priorities, and roadmaps.

• Manage implementation projects end-to-end, coordinating deliverables, inputs, and activities across internal and external teams to ensure commercially agreed timelines are met.

• Proven experience working with SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and enterprise software solutions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders.

• Experience with ERP systems, enterprise architectures, or complex integration ecosystems is considered a plus.
