The intern supports Windows devices, connectivity, hardware and peripherals, device onboarding and provisioning, Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, ServiceNow, endpoint lifecycle management, asset inventory, user onboarding, meeting-room technology, testing and continuous-improvement projects within EBRD Tech Sofia.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants should be studying toward or have recently completed a degree in IT, computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, business information systems or a related field, have an interest in workplace technology and basic Windows or IT knowledge, be comfortable working on-site in Sofia, and be able to work in English. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID or ServiceNow is advantageous.
