Your Mission
- You work together with the Director of Strategy & Growth on strategy relevant topics, such as the identification of exciting business models and the optimization of internal processes
- You conduct basic research on new verticals and quickly formulate initial working hypotheses
- You translate your concepts into practice and carry out pragmatic tests and develop MVPs to validate your hypotheses
- You independently carry out analyses of our most important business processes and develop your own optimization approaches
- You present your results independently, directly to the leadership team
Qualifications And Requirements
- You have a very good Master's degree in economics or a comparable degree program at a renowned university.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in VCs, green-tech startups or in a top-tier strategy consultancy.
- You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with complex, conceptual topics and approach problems hypothesis-driven
- You enjoy working in a fast-changing business environment, taking responsibility and wanting to continuously improve processes
- You have very good self-organization and sound judgment and decision-making skills
- You have very good language skills in German and English.
