The conference runs 1–2 October 2026 at Hotel Africana with a pre-conference workshop on 30 September. Current participant fees are tiered: physical delegates UGX 250,000 / USD 80, graduate students UGX 100,000 / USD 30, and online participants UGX 100,000 / USD 30.
