Requirements

In This Role, You Will:

• Support the Operations team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate client, transaction, and operational records in the CRM system.
• Assist with processing customer orders and verifying the accuracy of the submitted information.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure that requests and issues are resolved promptly.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure that all required information is collected.
• Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to support smooth operations.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and service issues.
• Help classify customer profiles, including B2B, B2C, and C2C customers.
• Support payment follow-ups and maintain accurate payment records.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, systems, and operational procedures.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest opportunities for process improvement.
• Complete assigned tasks and meet the agreed internship objectives and performance expectations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data-confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications:

• A senior-year university student or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, customer engagement, and campaign development.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, customer behavior, and market research.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and analytics tools is an advantage but not required.
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas and solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and new challenges.
