We are looking for an intern to join our team from middle of October till middle of December 2026.
At SEB Luxembourg, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated student to join Client Services team. A student who would like to become part of our client’s onboarding journey and contribute to creating a great first impression for our new clients.
This department is part of the Client Coverage team within the Private Wealth Management & Family Office business area, supporting its international clients with their everyday banking needs such as transfers, credit cards and internet banking support. This department also ensures that correct KYC and KYT documentation is in place for its clients.
About the role
This assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the banking industry and be involved in the exciting process of helping clients become part of SEB. The student will support onboarding activities and other administrative tasks, while also interacting directly with clients via phone and e-mail.
What we are looking for
• We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is not afraid to pick up the phone, has a service-minded attitude, and is eager to learn how a modern international bank welcomes and supports its clients from day one.
• Strong English skills are essential, as the assignment involves regular communication with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in any other Scandinavian language would be considered a strong advantage.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and communicative student who wants to develop customer service, communication, and business skills in an international environment while gaining valuable insight into the client journey within a leading Nordic bank.
