Full job description
- Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
- Process invoice for payment on time.
- Maintain monthly billing report for domestics transport and wareshousing
- Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
- Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request.
- Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time
Qualifications and requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree
- Mandatory languages: English and Japanese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, hardworking, and independent work approach
- Can-do attitude with genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional development
- Experience in school or social activities is advantageous
