You will work on complex, cross-border M&A transactions from day 1. You create an M&A funnel, the so-called deal flow. You maintain and design financial and valuation models. You support the team in commercial and financial DDs. You design and conduct market and company analyses.

Qualifications And Requirements
- You are studying Business administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, M&A, or Accounting and are interested in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have already gained M&A or corporate finance experience through internships in Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting.
- Very good analytical, conceptual, and communication skills as well as team spirit.
- You have Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel know-how as well as a good portion of common sense.
- You are proficient in English, other languages are a plus.
