The Pricing Analyst will own cars pricing and inventory analysis to support better commercial decisions at Soum. You’ll analyze market trends, inventory performance, and pricing data to identify opportunities. This role is ideal for a data-driven individual who enjoys turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Role & Responsibilities:

Pricing & Inventory Analysis

• Monitor cars inventory, pricing, aging, and sales performance.

• Analyze demand, turnover, and inventory trends.

• Benchmark car prices against market and competitor prices.

• Identify over/underpriced cars and recommend pricing adjustments.

• Support pricing decisions based on market conditions, demand, inventory age, and car condition.

Reporting & Insights

• Build and maintain pricing and inventory reports and dashboards.

• Analyze historical sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Provide regular insights on inventory health and pricing performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Supply, Sales, and Operations teams on pricing and inventory decisions.

• Support initiatives to improve sales, pricing accuracy, and inventory turnover.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in pricing, business analysis, commercial analytics, inventory analysis, or a related field.

• Experience working with large datasets and performance reporting.

• Experience in automotive, e-commerce, retail, or marketplace businesses is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of pricing and data analysis.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and turn them into clear insights.

• Good understanding of the automotive/used-car market is a plus.

• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.

• 1–3 years of experience in pricing, business analysis, commercial analytics, inventory analysis, or a related field.
