About Readystate Asset Management Readystate Asset Management seeks to generate attractive risk adjusted returns through a multi-strategy approach of investing across the capital structure.  The firm was founded in 2021 by David Grossman and Ryan Garino, previous co-heads of the Global Credit business at Citadel, and partners for over 15 years.  Our fund uses a low beta, relative value framework to construct a diversified portfolio of convertible bond, credit, equity and volatility-based strategies; and believe that risk management is essential at both the investment and portfolio level.  Readystate was founded upon a core philosophy to foster and build a culture of integrity, partnership, creative persistence, and excellence.
