Analyze operational data and information to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations that support business decisions and process improvements. Support strategic initiatives, change management activities, new products, services, systems, and process enhancements from planning and testing through implementation and ongoing maintenance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives, maintain effective relationships, and meet service expectations. Contribute to the development of tools, training materials, and improved procedures designed to enhance operational effectiveness and results. Provide guidance and problem-solving support to less experienced team members when required. Maintain a strong understanding of applicable regulatory requirements, operational risks, policies, and controls to protect the integrity of business activities. Exercise sound judgment and manage risk appropriately when making decisions, resolving issues, and carrying out day-to-day responsibilities. Requirements 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally supported by a post-secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced knowledge of relevant technology systems and tools, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of key investment-related products, services, business processes, and operational controls. Advanced knowledge of the risks and regulatory requirements relevant to the business and investment operations environment. Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, collaboration, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple activities, and deliver accurate work within established deadlines and service levels. Strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, identify the causes of problems, and determine appropriate solutions within established guidelines. Specialized knowledge acquired through education or professional experience in investment operations, financial services, or a related field. A proactive and creative approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and developing practical solutions. Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $100,000 , depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. Potential additional compensation, including performance-based or discretionary bonuses and other rewards, depending on the role and compensation structure. Health insurance and other health-related benefits. Accident and life insurance coverage. Retirement savings plans. Tuition reimbursement and opportunities for ongoing professional development. Training, coaching, leadership support, and networking opportunities to expand your skills and career.
