IRAP Jordan is accepting applications for a full-time Legal Fellow in Amman to support refugee resettlement, protection, family-reunification and other legal pathways.

The fellow supports client vetting and legal-remedy work, including UNHCR resettlement and protection referrals, interview preparation, family petitions, other humanitarian or asylum pathways, client screening and legal/policy monitoring. The fellowship is hosted in IRAP's Amman office and requires office availability consistent with the Jordan team's hybrid-work policy.
Eligibility requirements
A bachelor's degree is required; pursuing an advanced law degree is an advantage. Applicants need strong research, writing and analytical skills, fluency in spoken and written English, and sensitivity to confidential work with displaced and vulnerable clients; Arabic is preferred. IRAP invites students and recent graduates who can secure external fellowship funding for a one-year placement.
