This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Coordinator - Data & Analytics Delivery based in Brazil. This role combines data and analytics leadership with hands-on technology expertise, business alignment, and delivery management. You will lead solutions across Databricks, SAP, Azure, and Microsoft BI while supporting complex data transformation and migration initiatives. The position offers end-to-end ownership of selected data products, from initial development through continuous enhancement and maintenance. You will coordinate business demand, resources, budgets, external partners, and project execution to ensure priorities are delivered effectively. The role also involves working closely with technical teams, building prototypes when needed, and bringing structure to agile execution across multiple teams. Lead Data & Analytics solutions across Databricks, SAP, Azure, and Microsoft BI technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards. Work with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and BTP across data migration, rollout, integration, and transformation initiatives. Own selected data products end to end, overseeing their development, enhancement, maintenance, and ongoing evolution. Manage business demand intake and establish strong alignment with stakeholders to ensure the right priorities are identified and progressed. Lead resource planning, financial planning, and forecasting for the Data & Analytics area, maintaining strong budget and delivery discipline. Coordinate external technology partners, overseeing resource allocation, financial performance, delivery quality, and execution. Guide major initiatives from discovery through go-live, ensuring clear project organization, effective coordination, and consistent progress. Build prototypes and remain close to technical implementation when required to validate solutions and support delivery. Structure tasks, dependencies, priorities, and agile execution across multiple teams and initiatives. Support the development and growth of the local Data & Analytics team, with the opportunity to take on people leadership responsibilities. Promote a pragmatic, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to delivery while maintaining accountability for outcomes. Foster strong collaboration across business and technology disciplines and ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed objectives. Requirements: Several years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, or technical-functional leadership roles. Strong experience working within enterprise SAP environments, particularly SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and BTP. Hands-on knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, SQL, and modern cloud-based data platforms. Proven experience with data migration, integration, rollout, and transformation projects. Strong ability to translate business needs into data and analytics priorities and coordinate delivery across technical teams. Experience with resource planning, financial management, forecasting, partner coordination, or project delivery is highly valuable. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and teams. Excellent English communication skills are required for effective collaboration in an international environment. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is desirable.
