The role supports classroom and research technology including displays, audio systems, lecture capture, videoconferencing, Windows and macOS systems, networking-related AV, assistive listening, wireless collaboration, security practices, issue tracking and user support. IT Officer I starts at €24,716 per year in 2026; IT Officer II starts at €29,994. An annual performance-related bonus of 0–5% of basic salary is listed. On-call work may be required.
Requirements & qualifications
For IT Officer I, applicants need a relevant MQF Level 4 diploma or two years of relevant work experience. For IT Officer II, applicants need a relevant MQF Level 5 advanced/higher diploma or three years of relevant work experience.
