Full job description
The role supports office networks, internet, telephony, SMS/SIP connections, employee hardware and software, ticket troubleshooting, onboarding, vendors, system integrations, basic SQL reporting and local server support.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in ICT, computer science, engineering, telecommunications or equivalent, at least three years of IT or network support experience, French proficiency, good English, and familiarity with networks, SaaS tools and Google Workspace. Mali work authorization is required.
