Full job description
The associate supports employee onboarding, software and hardware issues, permissions, network and telephony operations, basic SQL reporting, telecom billing and SIM management, system integrations, local server troubleshooting, vendor coordination and IT process documentation.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree in ICT, computer science, engineering, telecommunications or a related discipline, at least two years of IT support or network-desk experience, French and good English, and familiarity with workplace systems such as Google Workspace. The posting lists Abidjan or Bouaké.
