Develop and maintain quality plans, testing deliverables, quality metrics, documentation, and project approvals. Ensure adherence to SDLC, QA, Agile delivery standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable SOX controls. Lead quality reviews, inspections, peer review meetings, testing activities, and release-readiness assessments. Manage end-to-end testing activities, including system, integration, regression, performance, and UAT. Develop test approaches, plans, schedules, strategies, success metrics, and entry and exit criteria. Facilitate test scenario and test script development, testing kickoffs, and defect review meetings. Manage the full defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, tracking, retesting, reporting, and closure. Coordinate performance testing, including workload modeling, execution planning, environment readiness, monitoring, analysis, and remediation support. Create, maintain, and execute OpenText LoadRunner performance and load-testing scripts and analyze testing results. Communicate quality metrics, testing status, compliance updates, risks, issues, audit readiness, and performance testing outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. Requirements The role requires a strong combination of IT project experience, quality assurance and testing expertise, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field. 5–10+ years of experience working as an IT project team member; Quality Analyst experience is preferred. Experience serving as a test lead and coordinating testing between IT and business teams, including automated performance testing initiatives. Strong meeting facilitation, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, particularly in identifying project risks and supporting decision-making through risk analysis. Ability to manage multiple assignments, adapt to changing priorities, establish workloads, and operate effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, conflict-resolution, organizational, and teamwork skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience developing test approach documentation for Agile and traditional project environments. Working knowledge of SDLC governance, quality assurance, testing processes, compliance requirements, and regulatory controls, including SOX.
