About the role: As an IT Solution Integration Specialist, you will design, implement, and maintain seamless, secure integrations between Workday and global HR, payroll, identity, and finance systems. Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from requirements to support. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver a high-quality digital employee experience, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across all integrations.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
3+ years of experience with Workday integrations or implementations.
Hands-on expertise with Workday integration technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Web Services).
Demonstrated experience integrating Workday with payroll, identity management, finance, or third-party systems.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data transformation in complex enterprise environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
