E-Space is bridging Earth and space to enable hyper-scaled deployments of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and services. Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Texas. You’ll play a key role in supporting the daily technology needs of our executive, administrative, finance, and engineering teams—ranging from resolving helpdesk tickets and setting up equipment to troubleshooting connectivity issues and assisting with onboarding. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a direct impact on IT operations as our company continues to grow.
Provide technical support and resolve issues to end users’ satisfaction.
Assist with onboarding new users.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Setup and deploy new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
Respond to ad-hoc and walk-in IT requests.
Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role
Assist with onboarding new users.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Setup and deploy new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
Respond to ad-hoc and walk-in IT requests.
Monitor IT equipment levels and notify senior staff when inventory is low.
Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Linux+
Associate degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
Candidate MUST be local to Arlington or nearby areas.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment - flexibility to occasionally work extended hours or weekends during critical periods is expected.
