Deine Aufgaben
• Du nimmst Störungsmeldungen oder Anfragen als Single Point of Contact entgegen und behebst diese • Du schliesst Informationslücken, indem du beim Kunden fehlende Informationen aktiv einholst • Du bearbeitest Office und Windows Client Themen unserer Kunden • Du verwaltest mehrere Microsoft 365 Umgebungen (Cloud) • Dokumentieren von Vorgängen und Lösungen im Ticketing Tool • Du freust Dich auf Vor-Ort-Einsätze bei unseren Kunden • Du eskalierst Fälle an die anderen ICT Teams
Dein Profil
• Du bist Informatiker EFZ oder hast Weiterbildungen in der Informatik • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse der Produkte im Microsoft Office, M365/Azure und Windows Clients • Deine Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hardware, Peripherie und Netzwerke sind von Vorteil • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgesprochener can-do-attitude und methodischem Vorgehen • Du bist freundlich, natürlich und kundenorientiert • Du kommunizierst gerne per Telefon • Deine Kommunikation in Deutsch ist perfekt; Englisch ist wünschenswert • Du besitzt den Führerausweis Kategorie B
