As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and improving our IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality support to colleagues. What You’ll Do
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and other IT systems.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to users across various departments.
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and backups to keep infrastructure secure and efficient.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve IT issues.
- Assist in IT projects aimed at improving our systems and processes.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking, and system security.
