Your Mission
- Build our IT infrastructure from the ground up: workstations, networks and cloud services – you will lay the foundation
- Implement and administer Microsoft 365, including Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange, Teams and SharePoint
- Design and build the network infrastructure across our locations
- Develop and implement a backup and recovery concept
- Manage users and access rights for a growing team
- Embed IT security from the outset, including MFA, patch management, VPN and Zero Trust principles
- Document all systems and processes
- Manage external service providers, knowing when to take action yourself and when external expertise is the right choice
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related matters across the company – combining support, architecture and strategy in one role
Qualifications And Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT specialist for systems integration, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of administering Windows client and server environments as well as common IT services
- Basic knowledge of networking and IT security, including DNS/DHCP, VPN, patch management and MFA
- Experience in user and access rights management using Active Directory / Entra ID, as well as backup and restore processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Azure; experience with virtualisation is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
- A hands-on mentality, initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility
