Ivoclar is recruiting an Operational Excellence (LEAN) Manager in Schaan to lead manufacturing and logistics improvement projects, Lean transformation and data-driven process optimization.
Full job description
The permanent role leads national and international optimization projects, analyzes value streams and production/logistics processes, designs workshops and coaching, supports Lean champions, develops roadmaps and standards, and identifies practical uses of digital technologies, AI and automation across the value chain. The workload is 80–100% and travel of up to 30% is required.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires a university degree, preferably in industrial engineering, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable field; experience improving industrial manufacturing, logistics or value-creation processes; knowledge of Lean, project management and change/transformation management; strong digital/AI affinity; strong communication and analytical skills; and fluent German and English.
