MAKE AN IMPACT Job Description:   Job Title: Sr. Java Backend developer (5-7 years) Mumbai   Contributing Responsibilities   Contribute to hiring by conducting technical interviews in ISPL   Contribute  in  Code reviews and  maintaining  the quality of the application.   Technical & Behavioral Competencies   Develop programs in  optimal  manner without compromising core architecture/design   Should Work as an individual contributor in the project and support developers / tester on different technical  queries .   Make thorough impact analysis – impact study,  possible regressions ,  Better  unit test coverage   Contribute  in  creating technical documentation and  maintain  in repository   Work on the technologies efficiently and produce best fit deliveries   Tech stack - Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, bitbucket, Junit,  DevOPS  (Nice to Have)   Specific Qualifications:   Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities)   Technical Skills:   Java 8 and above, J@ee   Spring   Hibernate   Oracle SQL & PL/SQL   BitBucket, Junit & JIRA   Behavioral Skills:    ​ ​ Ability to collaborate / Teamwork ​   ​ ​ Ability to deliver / Results driven ​   ​ ​ Ability to share / pass on knowledge ​   ​ ​ Adaptability ​   ​ ​ Ability to develop and adapt a process  ​   ​ ​ Ability to understand, explain and support change ​   Education Level:  ​ Bachelor Degree  or equivalent ​   Location:  Mumbai  WHY JOIN CAPCO?
