Caseware is one of Canada's original Fintech companies, having led the global audit and accounting software industry for over 30 years, with more than 500,000 users across 130 countries and available in 16 different languages. As a Senior Software Developer III, you operate as a technical leader within your team and across the broader engineering organization. You shape architecture and design, raise the bar on engineering quality, mentor other developers, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical decisions into business value. You are equally comfortable guiding agentic-AI tools to deliver code, reviewing designs, and influencing how the platform evolves.
Location: This is a fully remote position located in Colombia.
