Full job description
The assistant supports procurement policy compliance, supplier databases, tender documentation, procurement committee administration, bid and contract documentation review, supplier visits and order follow-up under the supervision of the Procurement Officer.
Requirements & qualifications
The official posting requires a university degree in economics, business administration or a similar field, 2–3 years of procurement experience preferably with international organizations, Microsoft Office skills and strong time-management and communication skills. English is an asset.
