Empower YOUth is part of Malta's Youth Guarantee 3.0. Participants can receive free classes, expert support and practical learning in pathways such as digital, green, creative, care, knowledge and blue-economy fields, including on-the-job exposure. Jobsplus currently presents the scheme as active and provides a live expression-of-interest form.
