Jr Support Assistant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Jr Support Assistant based in Brazil. This is a remote opportunity supporting financial and operational processes within an international transportation and logistics environment. You will help manage purchase orders and logistics invoices across a global network of providers. The role combines administrative coordination, financial accuracy, data analysis, and supplier communication. You will investigate discrepancies, validate billing information, and help maintain smooth payment processes. The position also offers opportunities to identify process improvements through data and reporting. You’ll work with international stakeholders in a dynamic, technology-driven environment where organization and attention to detail are essential. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop experience in logistics, finance, and global operations.

Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from creation and follow-up through balance monitoring, helping ensure continuity of logistics services. Validate supplier invoices, checking amounts and supporting information to maintain financial accuracy and compliance. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by working directly with external logistics providers and internal teams. Coordinate critical communications with logistics partners, clarify expectations, and help maintain efficient and transparent processes. Analyze operational and financial data to identify inconsistencies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Prepare and maintain reports that provide visibility into purchasing, invoicing, and operational performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives by using available management systems and data-driven tools to increase efficiency. Requirements University degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or a related field. Advanced Spanish proficiency, with language skills assessed during the interview process. English proficiency is considered an advantage. Strong analytical skills, particularly for reviewing financial information, identifying invoice discrepancies, and working with operational data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with suppliers and international teams. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to follow up on open issues and maintain accurate records. Previous experience with ERP or management systems, purchase orders, or freight auditing is considered an advantage.
