What you will be doing : Our Data Consulting department leads the way in effectively exploiting data & AI in all its forms. As a Junior Data Consultant, you will support national and international clients across various industries in developing and implementing innovative data & AI strategies. Your role will encompass: Client advisory : collaborate with clients alongside your (international) team to understand their business needs and goals, delivering data-driven recommendations that guide decision-making and strategy. Data Collection and organization : collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis, correcting errors and formatting it for statistical software. Ownership of project stream: drive individual workstreams, ensuring successful and timely delivery, in alignment with project goals. Data analysis and interpretation : use tools like Excel, SQL, and Python to analyze data, apply statistical techniques to uncover trends and patterns, and present clear, actionable insights to clients, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences. What we are looking for Educational background: a completed Master’s degree, ideally focusing on Technology or (Business) Economics (MSc, MBA), with strong academic performance.  Work experience : 6–12 months in internships or student roles in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech is a plus but not required. Business acumen : you possess a dual profile in ‘business’ and ‘data,’ with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities. Technical proficiency : you have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of statistical software and programming languages such as R or Python is an advantage. Analytical mindset : strong analytical abilities with attention to detail, comfortable working with large datasets. Language proficiency : you have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to represent Artefact in a client-facing capacity. Personal attributes : you are curious and passionate about data and technological evolution. You demonstrate rigour, proactivity, and enjoy problem-solving.
