We are currently looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a methodical Financial Analyst to join our team. The role is responsible for analyzing financial data, evaluating business opportunities and financial risks, and providing insights that support informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and compare financial data.

  • Participate in the budgeting process and the preparation of monthly financial reports.

  • Monitor the monthly financial performance of the Group's companies by analyzing actual results against budget.

  • Perform service costing (medical examinations/services) and analyze variances between actual and standard costs.

  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports.

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support business planning and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, FP&A, Audit, or a similar finance-related role.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting principles and IFRS.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ERP and/or Business Intelligence systems is considered an advantage (experience with SAP is a plus).
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
