About the company

Do you want to turn your ideas into useful and meaningful technologies? Whether in Mobility Solutions, Consumer Goods, Industrial Technology or Energy and Building Technology - with us you will improve the quality of life for people all over the world. Welcome to Bosch.

Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!

Full job description

Ready to shape global material and product flows? We are looking for logistics-oriented master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, who will redefine Bosch's supply chain in our Junior Managers Program. If you are passionate about data, think strategically, and are eager to build an outstanding leadership career, we want to hear from you.

Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of one of the most critical systems of a global enterprise: the supply chain. You will rotate through various departments—in Germany and worldwide—and dive deep into the world of data, processes, and global networks. Your mission: master complexity and rethink supply chains.

You won't just collaborate—you will change things. You will bring in your own ideas, test new approaches, and directly see the impact of your work on real supply chains.

What you will learn and develop with us:

  • You will learn how global supply chains truly work—and how data, technology, and smart decisions determine success or failure.

  • You will actively shape logistics processes and supply chains that move millions of products—efficiently, sustainably, and future-proof.

  • You will work with data, digital tools, international teams, and your personal mentor to develop into the next generation of leaders in the supply chain environment.

Your academic foundation:

You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree, e.g., in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, or Business Administration. Topics such as supply chain, data analysis, or digitalization genuinely interest you—not just in theory.

Qualifications and requirements

Your passion for supply chain & data:

You enjoy understanding complex relationships. Data, processes, and systems are not chaos to you—they are a challenge.

Your eye for the bigger picture:

You don't just want to be a part of the system—you want to understand how everything connects and how you can make a real difference.

Your understanding of human-centric leadership:

You inspire others, think openly, and enjoy working with diverse people. For you, it's clear: strong teams mean strong performance.

You think strategically and shape the future:

You challenge the status quo, bring in your own ideas, and have the drive to actually implement them—especially regarding digitalization, automation, and sustainability.

Your continuous development:

You want to grow. Fast. You are curious, learn from challenges, and continuously develop yourself.

Your language proficiency:

You communicate fluently in English (negotiation level) and possess good German language skills. You have already gained at least three months of international experience.

Additional information

Why you will love being part of our community

We are deeply invested in the growth of our team members. We have created an environment where you are supported, valued, and empowered to do your best work.

  • Mentoring & Sponsoring: An executive-level mentor will accompany you on your journey, actively support your development, and open doors for your next career steps with us.

  • A culture of belonging: From day one, you will become part of a global community of trainees from diverse backgrounds and locations. Build authentic connections beyond formal projects through virtual hangouts, local meetups, or our (global) trainee summits.

  • Flexible & hybrid working: We trust you to manage your work in a way that fits your life, with a flexible start date and a permanent employment contract. We offer a hybrid model that combines office and remote collaboration.

  • Continuous learning: Benefit from up to 6 rotations across different departments, including an international rotation, supported by a generous budget for your professional development (courses, certifications, and conferences).

Are you ready to shape the future of Supply Chain Management with us? Apply now and tell us why you are the perfect candidate to lead the digital revolution.
