ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on operations role at a direct-to-consumer healthcare company, sitting at the heart of the supply chain and logistics function. You'll coordinate across suppliers, warehouses, and technology partners to keep order fulfillment running smoothly and customers happy. It's a great fit for someone coming out of consulting or a strategy background who is ready to get into the operational detail. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Analyze operational workflows to identify process improvement and cost optimization opportunities.
- Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Manage ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory levels, and key operational metrics.
- Communicate across internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks quickly. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Up to 2 years of professional full-time experience, with a background in consulting, strategy, or an operations-focused role.
- Hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or logistics functions.
- Experience in a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment, with familiarity with customer fulfillment workflows.
- Proficiency with ERP systems or logistics management tools; exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders such as producers, warehouses, and software providers.
- Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full professional fluency in both German and English, written and spoken. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 40,000 to 60,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
