What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Up to 2 years of professional experience, with a background in consulting, strategy, or operations internships.

Hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or logistics functions.

Experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments, with an understanding of customer fulfillment workflows.

Proficiency with ERP systems or logistics management tools; familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including producers, warehouses, and software providers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.

Professional fluency in both German and English, written and verbal.

Proactive, execution-oriented mindset comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 40,000 to 60,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
This is a fully on-site role based in Berlin, Germany.
