OPERATIONS The Operations team serves as the backbone of our marketplace, seamlessly managing the entire order journey. From creating online content and ensuring secure payments to order fulfillment and delivery, while providing comprehensive customer and partner care, this team is relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience every single day.
GUIMARÃES Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the ‘birthplace of Portugal’. This is where our creative operations team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility with a games room, music area and unbeatable chill-out zone.
THE ROLE You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information collected through various processes. Your main responsibility will be to do online research, identify identical items across sources, and maintain/ add and/or create accurate product information in our systems. You'll be tasked with identifying inconsistencies and extracting critical product details.
