This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Recruiter – Healthcare based in the United States. This is a hands-on recruiting opportunity focused on supporting clinical and non-clinical healthcare hiring across federal programs. You will manage sourcing and initial screening while building strong candidate pipelines for multiple healthcare positions. The role offers exposure to the federal contracting environment and the opportunity to work alongside experienced recruiters and program managers. You will engage directly with candidates, assess qualifications, and help guide them through each stage of the hiring process. Success in this position requires strong organization, communication, persistence, and attention to detail.
