The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Partner Relations team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment with learning and growing opportunities.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

Develop and implement Partner retention strategies as per the Company’s overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value

Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support
-
Monitor Partners’ satisfaction, gather and utilise relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly
-
Analyse Partners’ behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customisation of products and services
-
Stay up to date on Company’s products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to Partners
-
Communicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams
-
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the Company’s retention efforts

Undertake any other relevant task as assigned
Main requirements:
-
Degree in any business-related field
-
Client handling experience in the financial services sector will be considered an advantage
-
Fluent Kazakh and Russian speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English

Reliable, with integrity of character
-
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-
Dynamic, innovative and target oriented
-
Strong computer literacy
-
Valid work permit required
