Key Account Manager, End Customer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Key Account Manager, End Customer based in Canada. Lead and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise customer relationships across Canada, with a strong focus on long-term strategic growth. You’ll develop multiyear account strategies, understand complex customer environments, and align solutions with evolving business objectives. The role combines executive relationship management, consultative selling, business development, negotiation, and strategic planning. You’ll identify opportunities to expand adoption across connected security and network technology solutions while strengthening customer retention. Success requires the ability to influence cross-functional teams and coordinate sales, technical, marketing, service, and partner resources. You’ll operate as a trusted strategic advisor, helping customers address meaningful operational and technology challenges. This is a permanent individual-contributor role based in Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB , with travel of up to 50%.
