The Landscape Architect will manage and produce conceptual designs, construction drawings, and cost estimates for various public and private sector projects. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from initial vision to construction inspection in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Job Descrition:
- Creating conceptual visions for a variety of private and public-sector landscape architecture projects.
- Concept design development and provide cost estimating, detail design services, contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports.
- Management and production of project design drafting and detailing.
- Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
- Preparation and production of design and construction drawings and schematic illustrations
- Design detailing in an accurate and efficient manner
- Assisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates
- Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
- Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to execute a project from concept through construction documentation.
- Cutting edge landscape design
- Strong graphic capabilities
- Attend client meetings and in-house meetings.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Qualification:
- A degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or a combination of related education and experience.
- 8-12 years of work experience
- A sound understanding of landscape architectural design principles, practice, work requirements, and construction methods.
- CMLI / IFLA registration and internationally recognized accreditation preferred
