Launch Operations Lead US

Role Purpose We're building something big, and we need someone who can make sure every new clinic we open hits the ground running. As our Launch Manager, you'll be the engine behind every new market launch in the US, owning the end-to-end process from pre-opening readiness to the moment we open our doors. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, sweats the details, and knows how to rally a team around a shared deadline. This isn't a behind-the-desk job. You'll have real ownership, real visibility, and the satisfaction of seeing something go from an empty space to a fully operational clinic, all because of the work you did. You'll help shape how we scale, influence the playbooks that outlast any single launch, and be a core part of a team that's genuinely changing how people access healthcare. What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months Site Readiness & Pre-Launch Execution

• Travel to new clinic sites to conduct hands-on installation readiness assessments
• Identify and resolve gaps before they become launch-day problems
• Serve as the on-the-ground point person during the critical pre-opening window Technology Setup & Testing
• Own end-to-end tech setup at every new location: hardware, software, integrations
• Lead comprehensive technology testing prior to external events, ensuring every system is live, stable, and ready for patients
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and coordinate with vendors and internal tech teams to resolve them fast Inventory & Operational Readiness
• Coordinate delivery, receipt, and setup of all inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Confirm every location is fully stocked and operationally ready before opening day
• Partner with operations, procurement, and facilities teams to close gaps Process Building & Scalability
• Develop and continuously improve launch playbooks, trackers, and checklists that can scale with our growth
• Document lessons learned after each launch and build them back into the process
• Create the systems that make every future opening faster and smoother than the last Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in operations, project management, or a launch/opening role, ideally in healthcare, retail, or a multi-site environment
• Exceptional organizational skills. You can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping a ball
• Strong communicator who can translate complexity into clear action items for any audience
• A true can-do attitude: you find solutions, not excuses
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
• Proficiency in project management tools and setting things up from scratch
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently. This role requires regular on-site presence at new locations
